Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself from inside Aetherfall. It takes a minute.
Steps
- Open the game and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap More, then Options.
- In the Account row, tap Delete.
- Read what will be removed and confirm with Delete account.
What happens next
- The account is frozen and signed out straight away, and a cooling-off period begins.
- During the cooling-off period you can change your mind: on the sign-in screen, tap Cancel deletion and enter your username and password. Your progress is kept intact.
- When the cooling-off period ends, the account and its saves, mail, and identity and age records are deleted in every region and cannot be recovered. Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires, in anonymised form.
Cannot sign in?
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address linked to the account, or tell us your username, and we will verify the request and delete it for you.
