1. Parties and scope
These terms are an agreement between you and GRYFFINDOR PTE. LTD. ("we", "us"), and cover every use you make of this game and its related services.
Registering an account, signing in or otherwise using the game means you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.
2. Your account
We own the account; what you receive is a licence to use it. An account is personal to you and may not be lent, rented, transferred or sold.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and for losses that follow from failing to do so. If you notice anything wrong with your account, contact us straight away through Feedback in the game.
3. Virtual items and payments
Currency, items and characters inside the game are virtual goods licensed to you under these terms. They are not a debt we owe you and may not be traded or cashed out anywhere outside the game.
The price and contents shown at the time of purchase are the ones that apply. Once a payment succeeds the virtual goods are delivered to your in-game mail. Purchases paid on the website are not refundable except where the law requires it or we have promised otherwise. Purchases made inside the App Store or Google Play version are charged and refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules, so refund requests for those go to Apple or Google; when they refund a purchase, we withdraw the goods it delivered, and where those goods have already been used we may deduct the equivalent from your account.
Every rarity rate and pity rule for summoning is published in full inside the summon screen. Please read it before taking part.
4. Conduct
Do not use cheats, speed hacks, scripts or program defects to gain an unfair advantage; do not post unlawful, infringing, harassing or otherwise improper content; do not steal accounts, commit fraud or abuse the store.
Where these rules are broken we may warn you, restrict features or ban the account depending on the severity, and we keep every legal remedy open to us. Ban appeals can be sent through Feedback in the game.
5. Changes to the service
We may adjust, suspend or end part or all of the service for updates, security work or business reasons. We will announce material changes in the game beforehand.
If the game shuts down for good, we will announce it in advance and deal fairly with virtual goods you have bought but not yet used.
6. Younger players
Players under the age of majority should use this game with a parent or guardian's guidance, and remain subject to any age rules that apply where they live.
If a parent or guardian finds that a child has used their account or spent money without permission, they can send us the details through Feedback.
7. Other terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, with disputes resolved in the courts of Singapore. We will try to settle any dispute by discussion first.
These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only; if a translation conflicts with the English text, the English text prevails.
When these terms change we will announce it in the game and mark the new effective date on this page. Effective date: 2026-11-07.
